2. Nature of Services

Helen’s services may include the following: facilitation of energy and spiritual healing, working within the auric field, use of crystals for enhancing the flow of energy and/or absorption of heavy energies, counselling/life-coaching, imparting information on nutrition to support one’s wellbeing and the prescribing of Bach Flower essences. Occasionally she may use ‘Contact Care’ techniques or if working with young children use a ‘hands on’ approach’.
The results may vary and there are no guarantees of spontaneous healing. Clients may feel lighter and freer with a greater sense of clarity of their current situation as long as they remain conscious and mentally present during the session.
Helen’s services are not intended to replace proper medical diagnosis, recommended referrals or legal advice.

Attendance of energy and/or spiritual healing sessions are not a substitute for professional health care.
Helen advises there may be an ‘energetic affect’ from a session such as wanting to sleep, extreme tiredness, increase or decrease in appetite or thirst which may last for 24 to 48 hours. Helen can guarantee that safety of the treatment and that there will be no adverse effects.
Any decisions made while or after receiving energy healing is your own responsibility and Helen is not liable for the consequences of any decisions made.

Clients must be over 18 or have parental/guardian consent.
Clients must disclose any medical or psychological conditions that could affect their wellbeing during a session.

5. Booking & Cancellations

Bookings are to be made either by email or by text to Helen. She guarantees prompt replies to all enquiries.
Full payment is to be made by internet payment upon booking.
Full refund if canceled up to 48 hours prior to appointment.
For cancelations or ‘no shows’ on the day of appointment there will be no refund or, by discretion depending on circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, images, and branding are owned by the practitioner or designer and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
